Recently, Mr. Amit Mittan, our Commercial Director, together with colleagues from our commercial and technical teams, joined a selected group of customers and stakeholders on a study visit to Denmark. Known as a global hub for pig farming, Denmark achieves some of the highest technical results in the industry.
The visit brought together De Heus India representatives, valued customers, Embassy representatives, and government officials. The program focused on practical learning and exchanging insights. The group visited high-performance pig farms, leading farm equipment suppliers, genetics companies, and analytical equipment providers. These visits demonstrated how nutrition, management, technology, and genetics work together to drive consistent results.
While production conditions differ, many success factors are universal. Efficient farm management, strong biosecurity, and informed decision making are key to improving productivity and profitability.
